The boys spent last week participating in camps at the Carnegie Science Center. Landin's was called " Explore Pittsburgh." They got to go to various places around the 'burgh. Landin's favorite was getting a personalized tour of Heinz field, especially the press box and locker room. This just reaffirmed a current interest he has in becoming a sports journalist someday. Kian's camp was called "Super Structures." They created a model city - complete with bridges, windmills and stadiums. This too affirmed an interest/skill Kian has had since he was about 2 - engineering stuff! On the last day of camp, it was such a beautiful day, no one wanted it to end. We decided to grab a snack and my camera and went for a walk. We were on the North Shore, between both stadiums. Here's what they did, here's what I saw. . .

Being silly

and sillier

uncomfortable,
silliness just doesn't come naturally to Landin
